Welcome to Holovault India. By purchasing from or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services or making a purchase.

1. General Information

Holovault India is an independent collectible brand based in India.
We curate and sell collectible mystery packs (“Vaults”), Pokémon TCG booster packs, graded slabs, and related accessories.

Holovault India is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.
All Pokémon trademarks, logos, and characters are owned by their respective rights holders.

2. Products & Collector's Edition

  • Each Collector’s Edition Vault and Slab Edition Vault is sealed and curated with real collectible items.

  • Contents vary by drop and may include Japanese, Korean, or English Pokémon booster packs, slabs, keychains, posters, sleeves, or message cards.

  • Vaults are sealed mystery products — the exact contents, card pulls, or rarity cannot be guaranteed.

  • Product images on the website are representative and used for illustrative purposes only.

Holovault India does not offer refunds or replacements based on the cards you pull from any sealed product.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are securely processed via the methods available on the website (UPI, Cards, or Net Banking).

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, especially during limited drops or special editions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India using Delhivery.

  • Standard shipping time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Once dispatched, tracking information is sent via email or SMS.

  • Holovault India is not responsible for courier delays caused by logistics partners or uncontrollable factors (weather, strikes, customs, etc.).

  • Each order is sealed and packed securely. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the collectible and mystery nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed.

Exceptions may apply in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong sealed product (verified via unboxing proof video).

  • The item arrived damaged before opening (must provide an uncut unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery).

In such cases, please contact us at support@holovaultindia.com within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Authenticity & Condition

  • All Pokémon cards sold through Holovault India are sourced from verified global sellers and distributors.

  • Cards are inspected and stored in protective sleeves and packs.

  • Slight wear or printing variations (common in Korean and Japanese cards) are not considered defects.

  • Graded slabs are verified and labeled with their respective grading company identifiers (PSA, CGC, or similar).

7. Collector Responsibility

By purchasing a Vault or collectible item, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the random nature of sealed products.

  • You are purchasing collectibles, not investments or guaranteed-value assets.

  • Holovault India cannot be held liable for changes in secondary market prices after your purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, packaging, product names (including “Holovault India”), graphics, and written content are intellectual property of Holovault India.
Reproduction or use of our brand assets without written permission is prohibited.
