Shipping Details

Courier Partner: Delhivery (Surface & Express Network)

Shipping Fee: ₹200 flat rate across India.

Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹2,000.

Dispatch Time: 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Window: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Packaging Assurance

Every collectible — whether a single card or a full Collector’s Edition pack — is:

Sleeved or top-loaded for protection

Sealed in a premium mailer with brand inserts

Shipped securely with tracking details sent via SMS/email once dispatched

We treat every order like a collector’s piece — because it is.

Shipping Limitations

We currently ship within India only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

International shipping will be announced in future drops.

Tracking & Delays

Once shipped, you’ll receive your Delhivery tracking link directly.

If your package faces a delay or routing issue, our team will assist you via support@holovaultindia.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are insured until successful delivery.

In the unlikely event your package is damaged or lost during transit, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery) at support@holovaultindia.com

2. Provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

3. We’ll file an investigation with Delhivery and issue a replacement or store credit based on the outcome and stock availability.

⚠️ Holovault India is not liable for unboxing damages or tampered packages reported after 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Holovault operates on a limited drop model — once sold out, items are not restocked immediately. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before checkout.
